Abstract
An investigation of infrared (IR) luminescence in GaP material has been carried out by optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR). In GaP:Li,Zn and GaP:Li,Cu an isotropic four-line spectrum with g=2.02,A=0.025 cm-1 has been observed and is discussed in terms of recombination via a deep 7Li donor. IR recombination in GaP:Cu,Li also shows a triplet spectrum which has been assigned to (Lii-LiGa-Cu i) neutral complexes.
