Abstract
Internal consistency, of the Icelandic version of the Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery - Children's Revision, was investigated in a sample of 111 learning disabled children aged 7-15 years. Subscales' internal consistency prooved to be highest for ages 8-10 years. In this age range subscales' alpha coefficients were acceptable for clinical use. Factor analysis indicated three factors: A general intellectual factor, a school achievement factor, and a sensory-motor factor. The results of the study are consistent with comparable studies in the USA.
